3. User Content & Submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, feedback, app metadata), but by submitting you grant Xembo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and display that content in connection with the service.
You represent that your submissions do not infringe others’ rights or violate laws, and are free of harmful content.
We reserve the right to remove or reject content at our discretion without notice, especially if it violates policies.

4. App Listings & Developer Material

We act as a portal for third-party app listings and do not guarantee their performance, behavior, or compliance.
Developers must abide by guidelines, legal requirements, and safety standards when submitting apps.
We may disable or remove listings at our discretion (for security, legal, or quality reasons).

5. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

You may use Xembo for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code
Use bots, scrapers, automation to collect data or disrupt service
Interfere with the site’s security, functionality, or integrity
Upload or distribute viruses, harmful code, or malicious content
Impersonate others or misrepresent identity
Attempt to circumvent restrictions, bans, or security measures

Violations may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans.

6. Fees & Paid Features

Core services are currently free.
If we introduce paid or premium features (subscriptions, in-app services), we will clearly disclose pricing, payment terms, billing cycles, and refund policies.
All payments are final unless required by law or specified otherwise.

7. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access or account at our discretion, for violations or security concerns.
You may also choose to delete or deactivate your account.
Certain provisions (e.g. indemnification, limitation of liability, intellectual property) survive termination.

8. Intellectual Property

The site’s design, layout, software, trademarks, logos, and content are owned by or licensed to Xembo, and protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, or derive works from our copyrighted material without explicit permission.
